Fix loading issues (stuck “Initializing…”)

Quick fixes

  • Refresh the page 2–3 times (fixes ~99% of cases).
  • If still stuck, open in a private/incognito window (often ~99.9%).
  • Temporarily disable ad/script blockers for this site and refresh.
  • Disable VPN/Proxy (temporarily) and refresh.
  • Make sure JavaScript is enabled in your browser:
  • Do a hard reload:
    • macOS: Cmd+Shift+R
    • Windows/Linux: Ctrl+F5

If the page loads after you disable an extension, allowlist the site in that extension and re-enable it.

Clear site data (fixes stale cache)

Then refresh the page after clearing:

  • Chrome
    • Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data → See all site data and permissions → search for this site → Remove
  • Edge
    • Settings → Privacy, search, and services → Clear browsing data → Choose what to clear → Cookies and other site data → Clear now
  • Firefox
    • Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data → Manage Data… → search for this site → Remove Selected → Save Changes
  • Safari on iPhone/iPad
  • Settings → Safari → Advanced → Website Data → Show All Sites → search for this site → Delete
  • Or: Settings → Safari → Clear History and Website Data (clears all history and cookies)
