Credits
Credits are a pay-as-you-go balance on your AnonPaste account. They are used when you exceed certain monthly quotas (for example Developer API calls over your plan’s free allowance).
View balance
Section titled “View balance”Signed-in users can open Credits from account settings or anonpaste.com/credits to see:
- Current balance
- Transaction history (purchases and usage)
Buying credits
Section titled “Buying credits”- Go to anonpaste.com/buy-credits or the credits page.
- Choose a package.
- Pay through Stripe.
Credits are added to your account after successful payment.
What credits are used for
Section titled “What credits are used for”Common uses include:
- Developer API overage after monthly free tier limits (see Rate limits)
- Bandwidth-related redemptions where offered in the product
Exact costs per action appear in the app when you approach limits.
When credits run out
Section titled “When credits run out”If your Developer API quota is exhausted and you have no credits, additional requests may return 429 Too Many Requests until you buy credits or wait for the monthly reset.
