Polls

You can add up to five polls to a paste. Each poll is a content block, so it can sit between text, files, embeds, and other blocks.

Create a poll

When creating or editing a paste:

1. Add a Poll block.
2. Enter the question and answer choices.
3. Add an optional image to any answer choice.
4. Move the poll to the right place in the paste.
5. Save or create the paste.

Voting

Each account or browser can vote once in each poll. A returning visitor sees the choice they already made.

Edit a poll

Owners can add, edit, remove, and reorder polls from the paste editor. Once voting begins, some underlying parts of the poll are kept fixed so existing votes remain attached to the right choices.

Only people who can open the paste can vote. Polls follow the paste’s normal password, age, location, and other access rules.
